Splinter Meeting & Workshop Request

For Splinter Meetings or Workshops organized by participants during the course of the conference, 24 – 28 September 2012 (Monday to Friday), we have reserved rooms free of charge for the Splinter Meeting/Workshop organizer(s).

Please note that these rooms are not available for booking as an extension of a session.

Each room is equipped with a projector. Please note that the projector only connects to an analogue VGA port. Please bring your own converter if necessary.

Please indicate your time-block preference. Please note that when allocating rooms, formal sessions will take priority over splinter meetings / workshops. Therefore, please indicate alternative times. The meeting rooms can be reserved for the following time blocks, whereby max. 2 successive time blocks can be blocked per Splinter Meeting/Workshop:

Your request will be reviewed by the Scientific Organizing Committee and you will be informed by email. Although splinter meetings can be booked until 15 September 2012, please note that only those booked prior to 01 August 2012 will appear in the Program Book and the USB flash drive program.
