Madrid City has a wide variety of hotels accommodating a vast number of visitors each year. One can enjoy the comfort of major hotels in the city center, such as the Mercure and Novotel, close to public transportation that provides fast transport to the conference's workshop venue. There are also several more moderately-priced hotels with pleasant atmospheres close to the IFEMA Fair Center. Several less expensive hotels offer a warm welcome in settings that are friendly and always elegant. To book your accommodations, please access the English or French reservation websites provided. You can use the City of Madrid Tourism office website to help you decide which hotel would most suit your preferences.

The two hotels "Novotel Campo de las Naciones" and "Pullman Madrid Airport & Feria" offer reduced accommodation rates for participants of EPSC2012. You can book accommodations at these hotels by using their respective booking form. Please send the filled-out form directly to the respective hotel. Note that these hotels are only a recommendation and that the organizer of EPSC2012 (Copernicus GmbH) has no association with these hotels nor associated liability.
