Registration

General Information

Registration for the European Planetary Science Congress 2012 is by payment of the appropriate registration fee. There is no waiving of registration fees.

Registration fees cover access to all scientific events, the program book, USB flash drive including the electronic program and abstracts, refreshments during the coffee breaks and poster sessions.

Pre-Registration

Pre-Registration at Early Registration rates will be possible from 02 July until 15 August 2012. The pre-registration payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card (Mastercard, VISA, JCB or American Express). As of 16 August, the Late Registration rates will be applied and payment of your registration will only be possible by credit card.

On-site Registration

On-site registration at Late Registration rates will be possible during the conference week (payment by cash or credit card) at the times given below.

Cash payment can only be accepted in EUR!

Late-Registration

The late-registration is organized through the Copernicus Office Trader. Payment of the late-registration is only possible by credit card (American Express, Mastercard, JCB, or VISA). Please log in below:

Conditions and Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-registration at Early Registration rates must be accompanied by a payment. Otherwise, it will not be processed and the late registration rates will be taken as a basis.
  • Registration fees are non-transferable.
  • Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by Copernicus Meetings
    before 3 September 2012. The cancellation fee is €50.
  • Any claims must be received by Copernicus Meetings no later than 6 weeks after the last day of the conference. Any later requests cannot be handled.

Importance Notice

  • Once your payment has been processed, you will be informed by email with your receipt and your invoice attached.
  • All registrations will be registered through the Copernicus Office Trader, which will also allow the registrants to monitor their entry.
  • There is no maximum limitation of registrations!
